The cabal has gone insane!!!!!
Some…… in the VP race seem to be “asking” for carrier’s addresses, so they can “call” the branch to have “their ballot” mailed to them AND implying certain individuals favor them in this campaign.
Do not trust anyone in this election when it comes to your vote. You MUST call NALC Branch 231 yourself at 559-449-8058 and request a ballot directly. You do not know if the VP candidate “calling” in for you is trustworthy. Text or call me at 559-420-3078 if anyone running for VP asks for your information telling you that they will “call” in and request that you be sent an absentee ballot.
Brothers and sisters, what I do know is that since I was officially nominated as VP, I have not had so many phone calls ignored by some….. as I have in the last month or so. It really makes me wonder if the rank and file even matter to some.
I will say “rumor” as I do not have first hand knowledge, maybe you want to call it hearsay. A supporter told me that they heard a VP candidate offer to help someone get out of the union if they voted for “them”. I personally will NEVER promise to help you to get out of the union. I know the most important thing is unity. I will ALWAYS advise you to never leave NALC Branch 231.
While it may be complete coincidence…… I had a management type refuse to payout 2 simple Article 8’s to Hughes carriers. This was even after management seemed to be favorable to the payout. I really wonder what happened to change their mind…… it’s funny(sad) the amount of collusion that I seem to be witnessing.
We know many management in Fresno are also NALC members. I am trying to find out if they are actually allowed to vote in our election, but the rank and file know who they are going to vote for if it is allowed. From my understanding of the bylaws we need 40 written request for a special meeting to remove all management from NALC Branch 231 before the vote on November 12, 2024. Removing management from the NALC Branch 231 will ensure our elections are fair.
