The TRUTH about national and some local branch establishment types.
This is why some that H8 those of us city letter carrier that actually work for a living and they seek to censor those of us that speak the TRUTH. They seek to do everything possible to work against you, the rank and file to undermine those that actually deliver mail. You in the rank and file should always know that I will be straight with you. Those of us that seek to stop the financial abuse of you via union dues do need your help though.

There is a new podcast called Drasstic Measures that seems to be the establishment’s response to the A to Arbitration podcast. Here are the 3 flagship episodes. Lew Drass seems to be very interested in the union holding management accountable. With all the money ODL in Fresno is out of because of all the Article 8 and 41 violations not being filed this would be very welcomed.

Those that are like me that are sick and tired of our union dues going to enrich the establishment need to start showing up to each meeting so they can vote no against the establishment’s self enrichment plan. We all have access to each NALC LM-2 file the DOL website, we also have access to NALC Branch 231’s bylaws via the DOL website. We also have access to the monthly union meeting……unless you are working past 7:00pm.

Only through unity can we put a stop to the waste of our union dues in the form of such things as the Digital Content Creator to the tune of $250.00 for less than 15 minutes of work a month. Make sure you show up to the June 10, 2025 meeting to let your voice be heard. You as the supreme body have complete control over everything if you vote for what is best for the City Letter Carrier.

I will be adding 6-Day Count information as I run across it. If there is interest at the last meeting it was offered that there would be a 6-Day Count class if there are interested members. Call the branch or let Richard know if you would like to be educated on the 6-Day Count process. It’s very difficult, but rewarding if you take advantage of the process for yourself and fellow members. There’s absolutely no reason for any Fresno carrier to tolerate the abused by management as is currently happening just so they can increase their paychecks off your hard work.

As we currently are seeing, at both national and local it is we(you and me) that are paying the price of what the establishment in lock step with management are doing to us. Give me your statements in text and it won’t be in for vane. We must build a document case file.

If you are abused by ANYONE you must document in on PS Form 1767. Make sure you send a copy or screenshot of that PS Form 1768 to both the president, VP, and a trusted union member be it steward or otherwise. All the individuals should handle it properly.
