“115.4 Maintain Mutual Respect Atmosphere
The National Agreement sets out the basic rules and rights governing management and employees in their dealings with each other, but it is the frontline manager who controls management’s attempt to maintain an atmosphere between employer and employee which assures mutual respect for each other’s rights and responsibilities.”

This is from the management handbook. The branch has many favorable DRTs regarding this.

Brothers and sisters, you do not have to take abuse. We can work together to stop it. The process has already been started by notifying the proper management people of the issue, but now we need your help. We have to build a paper trail, so that we can build a rock solid case. That way once it gets before an arbiter the arbiter can make a permanent solution for the abuse all of our sisters and brothers have faced. Help be the change.

If a management type yells, mistreats, abuses, harasses, you in any way call the branch and leave a message.
