Apparently….. the only people that don’t know about the physical fight between a executive board member, and a rank and file member who happens to be a steward, are us the due paying members…..
Apparently……. by March 5, 2026 many in management of both Fresno, and the AO’s knew of this physical fight. I personally believe the slanderous accusations by the executive board member about the steward and Chair Officer are false. đ We in the membership must ask ourselves what is going on between the Executive Board members…..
At the meeting on March 10, 2026 there was not a peep informing us that pay dues and are in the rank and file of this abuse of a said member….. At this point……. one must question what our monthly union dues are paying for when we have shit like this happing within NALC Banch 231. Why is a Executive Board Member allowed to do this?
Speaking of dues, at the meeting it was revealed our “checking” account was short on cash, and a motion was made to transfer our dues from one account to another…… Maybe we as members should show up to the union meetings to see what is happening with our dues……. just a suggestion if you pay dues…… Once you all vote for me as Treasurer/Secretary I promise to begin a complete review of all spending going back to 2016 as my official hire date is 12-31-2016.
Eric Ellis and Shaun Bresett have filed made up Article X charges against me. Anyone that has worked 5+ years that know of these 2, and should contact the NALC Branch 231 to be on the committee, so that the TRUTH can be properly investigated and revealed at the April 14, 2026 meeting.
I understand that not all those that have been abused by these 2 will be able to show up at the meeting on April 14, 2026, that is understandable. What you can do though, and you will not be named, is text me all the misdeeds that these 2 have inflicted upon you over the years. My number is 559-420-3078.
At the end of the day, we all know these charges are bogus, but only if we the due paying members show up, and vote can these 2 be held accountable for their misdeeds against us in the rank and file, who pay union dues.
I believe Shaun and Eric have violated the Labor Management Disclosure and Reporting Act and should be held accountable by either Region 1 NBA and/or National NALC. Both should never ever in the future hold any type of position in the NALC.
