Basically, I have been shadow banned as a steward. While I believe this is a direct violations of the National Labor Relation Act unfair labor practices, I honestly do not know how successful I would be if I filed it myself without the needed support. You see, I am not being allowed steward time, so I cannot work on grievances to hold management accountable for their abuse of you the city letter carrier of the Fresno Installation specifically Cedar and Hughes. I am sorry, but my hands are tied at this point.
While I am technically the steward for zone 22. It seems to be in name only. As my document request regarding the persecution of a zone 22 carrier is ignored, and I am not being given the time to investigate. I am sorry my zone 22 brothers and sisters. Please ask me any, and all questions that you have, but at this point I have a duty to recommend that you call the branch to ask that a steward be assigned to the grievance you have. The management of Fresno Installation is seemingly refusing to provide me the needed time, documentations when I request them, and when I do get a chance to interview someone in management about the persecution, a extreme lack of candor is generally shown. For example a management type said they did not recall a specific email, but then magically remembered and provided it at Formal it weeks later. Don’t even get me started on the management type witnesses that side against you the due paying members.
Once again see you all on the flip side, after certain people have their Article 10 plans crushed, it will be a battle that will not end until January 1, 2025. All I can say, win or lose the VP race. I will always be your advocate, and you should never hesitate to call me if you so wish. One thing you can be certain of that I will not sell you out for cake OT.
