Knowledge is the Key

When I first became a steward, it seems like ages ago, but in reality it was around 11-15-2021. I didn’t know squat, except that I was cheated out of $1,500.00+ because of Article 8’s not being filed over 2 quarters, and would do anything and everything that I could for my brothers and sisters especially filing Article 8’s to get them the money they are entitled.

I started reading anything and everything I could, one of the best websites I have ever came across is linked below.

It is somewhat dated, but still rings true even more so today. It seem the more things change the more they stay the same. Educate yourselves, management can’t abuse you if you know the National Agreement.
